Please allow 2 business days for us to process and ship your order, but we usually ship the day after orders are placed. However, if you place an order on Friday it will ship by the following Monday.  

When you buy 3 or more bottles, your order ships free. We also offer expedited service via UPS, check your options at check out.

Returns & Exchanges

We make every effort to delight you with a delicious product — but if you are not happy with your purchase or your shipment was damaged, please contact us at orders@shrubandco.com within 5 days of receiving your shipment and let us know your desired course of action. We’re happy to either issue a refund or replace your purchase.

  • If you prefer a refund, Shrub & Co will issue it within 3 business days of receipt of your request via email. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

  • If you prefer to exchange your sealed and unopened items: please let us know what you’d like, then we’ll ship the requested items and send a return label to you via email.
